In a thread at abovetopsecret.com created on February 23, 2008, entitled, "A film of 'time travelers or aliens' see and decide" a poster revisits a close encounter case from 1967 in which film footage may show human-like extraterrestrials the poster suggests could be time travelers.

Here is an excerpt from an article on the original case, entitled the "Lansing Movie,"

17 Feb 1967, about 9:45 PM, Palmer, Massachusetts: Mrs. Stella V. Lansing, a housewife, part-time nurse, and mother of five children, the oldest then in Vietnam, was parked with her car on Old Warren Road, just off Route 32, in the double-row, high-voltage power-line area. This was about a kilometer east of Palmer Center, away from street lights and houses, alongside Burleigh park, and no more than a kilometer from her home at Thompson Lake. Earlier this evening she had seen a yellow-orange globe of light near the old cemetery and now hoped to see it again. She had been puzzled frequently by strange lights in the Palmer area and this time brought a borrowed movie camera. She was ready.

Waiting patiently under a black, starlit sky with the moon nearly half full, she saw three distinct globes of yellow-to-reddish-orange light coming from the southeast, along the power line. Except for an occasional cricket-like sound they were silent, as low as the power line poles and no more than 20 m from them. Mrs. Lansing recalls: "They generally glided, sometimes bouncing in a dipping manner, as though riding the crest and ripples of a water wave." She started filming the approaching objects and was amazed when they suddenly retreated: "They bounced back like a rubber ball on a rubber string."

The resulting movie was first viewed on an old projector, which unfortunately tended to burn the individual frames when the stop-motion lever was held too long on "still". Lansing evidently captured the zigzag motion by using the single-frame lever, but that's all her photo shows -- a zigzag -- with no unambiguous structural detail.

The 16 fps sequence, about 4½ sec long, has very low contrast, appearing as a yellow rectangle in the upper-left-hand corner of the projected movie. In her studies of the film, Lansing had switched to a battery-operated, hand-held viewer, to avoid burning any more frames, and only moving, ghostlike images were apparent. Months later, a modern projector was purchased. She recalls: "I had a shock of disbelief as I was finally able to see four beings, two of which were turning their heads and moving their lips as though conversing, and which then appeared to be looking down at me."

Fig. 2 shows one frame from this 4½ sec sequence. Fig. 3, sketched by artist Frederick E. Fahdt, assists the reader in locating the three occupants in Fig. 2. The fourth figure, not visible here, is standing to left in the movie scene. None appears to be the grey alien type usually reported in close encounters nor, with dark hair, are these the occasional blond "Nordic" types. Most striking is this veridical human character of the images, even more evident from their animated movements during projection. Who are these people? Could they be archeologists from Earth's distant future? With their casual and non-uniform garb, they look more like university researchers than a military crew.

Lansing's movie was shown informally at the end of the APRO 1971 "Eastern UFO Symposium", where one of the featured speakers was psychiatrist / UFO researcher Berthold E. Schwarz, M.D. He subsequently visited Mrs. Lansing twice in Palmer on five days of February and April 1971, and studied her further at his New Jersey office during five days of May 1971. These investigations were usually attended by members of her family or close friends. Schwarz even enlisted the help of famed telepathist Joseph Dunninger, as a positive check on her veracity. Schwarz's on-site field trips to Palmer, numerous telephone calls and correspondence, interviews of her associates, and his psychiatric evaluation and continuing interest in this case, are documented for UFO researchers by seven articles in Flying Saucer Review (see Stewart's index). Dr. Schwarz's conclusions and comments in brief:

* Stella Lansing told the truth as she saw it, and was quite modest about it: "These things happen and I don't know why"
* Lansing had a history of paranormal experiences -- telepathic, precognitive, telekinetic, teleosomatic -- all within the range reported for psi-sensitive people
* Subjects can be driven into psychosis by our failure to believe them; Lansing was affected by her strange experiences and required hospitalization. Schwarz clearly emphasizes that these experiences were cause, not result, of her psychosis, which subsequent treatment completely cured
* Attempts to hypnotically regress Lansing were too traumatic and had to be abandoned
* Lansing had taken many films and photographs of UFO-like and bizarre, non-UFO-like objects such as described by Ivan T. Sanderson
* Careful, frame-by-frame analysis is necessary to see some of her photographed objects, which otherwise are overlooked
* Facts of the case do not support a thoughtography (paranormal exposure) explanation: (1) Ted Serios claimed to produce single-exposures, while Lansing's 4½ sec sequence has many frames of complex movement, (2) Lansing and Schwarz simultaneously filmed anomalous objects on-site in Palmer with separate movie cameras and got consistent results
* Question: how did Stella Lansing's psychopathology / psychophysiology make her a candidate for UFO interaction?

In a Youtube video recently posted entitled, "UFO Abduction Story!! 2015 The Arrival!! Pt.5" a man claiming to be an abductee says that he was shown our future.

The man says that sometime prior to 2015, that we will "discover" extraterrestrial structures on the moon, proving that intelligent extraterrestrial races exist. The man says that the majority may still not believe or understand the implications of what is found, and that this will necessitate what is to come in 2015.

The man says that he has been shown that in 2015 there will be what he calls "The Arrival". At this time, all of these extraterrestrial craft will fill the skies (heard this one before?). He says that this event will prompt many on the ground to commit suicide. This same scenario has been described by timedrifter, Michael at Helloearth.info (the Michael Connection), and by other credible abductees who have seen this future scenario.

These craft, this man says, will leave almost as soon as they had arrived, but the situation on the ground will be changed forever.

Watch and decide for yourself. If you have been following along with this site, or others with similar forecasts, you really have to ask yourself how you would respond. Hopefully, it is as timedrifter, this man, and many others suggest, and that is with an open mind and heart.

I don't know if the man in the blurred video is "Dean," or if he is "ufoabductee," but the video, given other very similar visions of the future, is fascinating. I haven't watched the other videos, but wanted to get this one up as soon as possible.

Almost two months after posting the below announcement, Ben has decided to retire from working on Mysterious Universe after the 100th episode is done. As of posting, it is on Episode 94. It's sad to see him leave, but since there have been issues since September that have kept on coming up that have lead to the website and podcast not having new content for long periods of time, it is not a surprise. He has not shuttered MU completely, as he has opened the door for a new host to come in and take over the show and site. Hopefully, a new host can be found and everyone likes him or her. And thanks to Ben for creating the Mysterious Universe experience. Hopefully he will find time to pop in now and again on the site and podcast.

I tried to email one of the messageboard moderators and haven't heard anything back. Today it relaunched to a new format, and also a new episode christening the regeneration of the site. As of right now, the messageboards are not back up yet, but once they do, I'll be back as your inside man, or Time Lord.

First, timedrifter (in his article right below mine, entitled, "Project Camelot: John Lear Tells All") is right on to be skeptical about any paranormal sites; especially, abovetopsecret.com and godlikeproductions.com. These are two of the biggest; two of the most "watched"; and two of the most censored conspiracy/ufo/paranormal sites on the net.

We still enjoy a dialog at abovetopsecret.com with interested and important members, despite the fact that our discussion has been relegated to a speculative (the "Skunk Works") section.

Timedrifter's experiences focus primarily around a six day missing time/abduction experience for which his family and a family friend were present and can attest, as can the local police precinct to which timedrifter's absence was reported.

Despite these facts, a moderator oddly still felt it necessary to move timedrifter's threads to the speculative section from the "Aliens & UFOs" section. Speculative discussion of aliens and ufos continue in the "Aliens & UFOs" section at abovetopsecret.com, while timedrifter's extraordinary story languishes in the Skunk Works section.

This fact hasn't hurt the thread's exposure or popularity, as it is currently in third place in the Skunk Works section for the most thread "responses" and is in fourth place for the number of thread "views". Not that we're keeping track...

The powers that be are still the powers that be. Until that changes, we will not see much in the way of broad exposure to the truth, save for what folks like Nancy Williams, Dan Burisch, John Lear, Svali, et al. are able to provide us through websites like this, Project Camelot, and other groups who support and endeavor to get the whole truth, and nothing but the truth out to the people.

They spend a great deal of time covering how cheesy ATS is and that the scam is apparent, something is obviously not right there and the rules and methods of control should be the first indicator, all I know is the thread we created there still lives there but remember it was moved to from the Alien and UFO section to skunk works and I was banned there 7 times for the cheesy reasons and the moderators are continuing a "pen devil" style of control there which I could care less about at this point since this site is getting more hits than the thread is at ATS, the volunteers keep coming, so watch john lear closely, if he is full of shit he deserves an oscar award.

Also a moderator at ATS added the word "hoax" to the tags at the bottom and other little girl type stuff you will see throughout the thread, especially when you see whole posts removed, I have made a few backups of it before it was "moderated", but whatever of course, the flood gates will open when they open and they will all wash out and be exposed.

I felt it necessary to make a post about this story, despite the fact that the case took place in 2007.

The whole thing started as a raid, in 2003, on several businesses owned by Southern Nevada businessman, Robert “Bobby” Kahre.

The alleged crime? Kahre was simply paying his employees with gold and silver coins instead of with paper money. The IRS expected Kahre to pay taxes on the market value of the coins as indicated in the Federal Reserve system (the value of the coins in U.S. paper dollars). Kahre was paying his employees based upon the face value of the coins and, as well, determined that the face value of the coins fell below the reporting threshold.

Kahre was obviously correct in his assertion as, after a four month trial, of the 161 federal tax crimes he and 8 other defendants were charged with, all of them were dropped.

Here are some article excerpts on this case. I'm posting the first article, from liberty-watch.com, in its entirety, as it very clearly and succinctly describes what occurred in this case, and why the citizens under attack were not guilty of any crimes, but how the government actually created this problem when it instituted a "dual" monetary system,

On a 106-degree May afternoon in 2003, government agents raided several establishments belonging to Southern Nevada businessman Robert “Bobby” Kahre. With guns drawn, officials held more than 20 handcuffed workers in the sun without water as agents collected records and other materials.

Kahre hadn’t committed a crime. He had upset the Internal Revenue Service by paying his workers based on the face value of gold and silver coins, versus the market value in the Federal Reserve system (the value of the coins in U.S. paper dollars). Even though the coins were in circulation, displayed a face value, and were regulated by Congress, the IRS’s confusing and endless tax code did not determine how to handle these gold and silver coins if used for payroll. The tax code only references dollars. It does not distinguish between coined money and paper money.

Kahre didn’t opt for the precious metal bullion system without first doing his homework. He consulted monetary experts, engaged in extensive research, and even met with congressmen. Kahre’s conclusion was simple: While the currency in the precious-metal system was greater in value than the currency in the other system, as money and a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between the face value of both currencies.

The IRS expected Kahre to report his workers’ earnings based on the coins’ market value in the Federal Reserve system. Instead, he didn’t report or pay anything at all because the face value of the coins fell below the reporting threshold. The IRS alleged that Kahre and the other defendants paid at least $114 million (based on the Federal Reserve system) to workers. The use of these coins in trade is a direct challenge to the fiat money system now in place.

“Bobby Kahre is the only person in the world I know of with the courage to do that,” said Joel Hansen, a Las Vegas attorney who represented one of the nine defendants in the case.

While the purpose of the case was to identify the intent of the defendants, the trial that followed tested America’s dual monetary system and further validated that the U.S. greenback is quickly becoming more and more a worthless piece of paper.

In 1985, Ron Paul and other congressmen challenged our country’s currency system, which was monopolized by Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) — the familiar greenbacks in American wallets. The congressmen successfully pursued the Gold Bullion Coin Act, which required the U.S. government to mint and place gold coins in denominations of $50, $25, $10 and $5 into circulation based on demand. The coins are made of 91.67 percent pure gold.

The ultimate purpose of the act was to allow Americans to invest in gold. However, it also brought sanity back to this country’s monetary system by establishing a dual system. Instead of the Federal Reserve solely providing the money supply by endlessly printing FRNs, the U.S. government now minted and circulated precious metal coins.

In the mid-’90s, Kahre began exercising this alternate system. He compensated workers for their labor in the form of these gold and silver coins versus FRNs. The workers calculated their income and tax liability based on the face value of the coins.

One gold coin with a face value of $50 currently equals $806 in FRNs. If a worker earns a $50 gold coin each week, that person takes home an annual income of $2,600 based on the precious metal system, which is below the income-tax reporting threshold for an employee. However, the value of the coins in FRNs — $41,912 — is not. That’s the basic idea.

The IRS did not fancy Kahre’s gold-and-silver payroll system, and after seven years of operating his family businesses in this fashion, he and eight others found themselves as defendants in a Las Vegas federal courtroom. Kahre was charged with 109 counts of tax-related crimes, varying from tax evasion to willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes. Fifty-two other counts were divided among the other defendants.

While the case was about the intent of the defendants, it raised several issues. There was the issue of whether or not Kahre’s workers were considered independent contractors, who are responsible for paying their own taxes, or employees, who have their taxes withheld by their employer each pay period. Then there’s the issue of America’s dual monetary system. If there are two monetary systems, and the value of one system’s currency is greater than the other beyond its face value, what is the standard for determining the value of taxable income?

No Federal Court of Appeals has ever ruled that the gold coins in question must be reported to the IRS based on FRN market value.

“The defense showed that the defendants believed in good faith that a Federal Reserve Note is not the standard because Congress created the dual monetary system,” Hansen said. “The defendants believed that gold and silver coins are just as legitimate and legal as our other tender, the FRN.”

Kahre certainly caught the attention of the IRS. In addition to operating his businesses via the gold-and-silver payroll system, according to testimony at the trial, he helped 35 other contracting companies do the same.

But even though Kahre and his colleagues followed the dual monetary system mandated by Congress, the IRS didn’t care. To America’s most feared agency, the bottom line was Kahre’s workers weren’t taxed enough for their labor.

Based partially on cases that pre-dated the 1985 Gold Bullion Coin Act, the judge in the case did not allow defense attorneys to argue that Kahre was justified to pay workers based on the face value of the coins. Based on case law, the court concluded that income had to be calculated based on the FRN fair market value, rather than upon the face value.

A flaw with some of those cases was that each referred to double-eagle gold coins, which Franklin D. Roosevelt outlawed in 1934. Those coins are no longer in circulation like the coins minted by the U.S. government following the 1985 Act. The double-eagle coins were deemed to be property for tax purposes in those old cases.

Of course, the judge’s rule was binding upon the parties and was followed by the defense attorneys at the trial. Hansen, under the good faith belief defense, was able to present evidence that his specific client, Alex Loglia, who performed research work for Kahre, did not have intent to commit tax crimes. This interesting twist allowed jurors to still hear the argument that Kahre was justified to pay workers based on the face value of the coins. The U.S. Supreme Court had long before ruled, in the Cheek case, that a good defense in a tax-evasion case is a person had good faith in not following certain tax laws.

“The Supreme Court said, if they don’t have criminal intent, then they are not guilty of tax evasion,” Hansen explained. “That doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay the tax, but it means you didn’t commit a crime and won’t go to jail for a felony.”

In 2005, Loglia penned a paper that earned him an ‘A’ from his law school professor Jay Bybee (who just happens to also be a 9th Circuit judge) on the gold-coin issue and the separation of powers. His paper took the position that, under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 5 of the Constitution, Congress alone had the power to coin money and set its value.

Loglia’s position was that the judicial branch does not have this power.

“The judge applied those old court cases, but we were still able to make the argument that Alex was not criminally liable because he believed in good faith in the use of the face value of the gold and silver coins for tax purposes,” Hansen said. “Loglia’s 100-page legal paper was great evidence for the jury of his good faith belief.”

The defendant, Mr. Kahre, brings up several critical issues in this battle for our rights, and that is "who" the IRS works for and where our taxes go. The problems surrounding this organization are much greater than can be explained in a couple of articles, and in the video interview, which is a brief of the case.

Mr. Kahre puts it aptly in the video when he says that our own government created this problem, and our representatives within that government have turned their backs on us. This situation, unfortunately, leaves the helpless citizen to weigh risking his life, and those of the ones he loves to fight this criminal institution, or to suffer under the weight of a systemic problem that would take an act of God to stop.

Around noon on Monday, September 17th [2007], a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes.

The four-month trial centered around the family businesses of Robert Kahre who paid numerous workers for their labor with circulating gold and silver U.S. coins, and did not report the wages. The payments took place over several years, allegedly totaling at least $114 million dollars.

On September 20, 2007, three days after the federal trial's dramatic conclusion, the Las Vegas Review Journal, reportedly under a degree of public pressure, ran its first (and last) story about the outcome of the trial. To this day, with exception of the single article by the Review Journal, no major media entity has published a news story regarding the outcome of this important federal criminal tax case.

The censorship of this important news story is, unfortunately, not unexpected given the continuing, worldwide onslaught against the U.S. "dollar" -- specifically the Federal Reserve note variety, and the ever growing numbers of Federal Reserve Notes required to trade for an actual ounce of silver, gold, oil, or for that matter, anything.

In short, this failed prosecution has coalesced and exposed truths our government desperately needs to hide from the People: the truth about our money, the truth about our (privately-owned) central bank, and the truth about the fraudulent nature of the operation and enforcement of the federal income tax system, the Internal Revenue Service.

The article continues on the constitutionality of the Income Tax, as well as the intrinsic vs. face value of coins with regard to these court cases,

According to defense attorney Joel Hansen, who represented co-defendant Alex Loglia, the primary "willfulness" defense was that the defendants believed they had no legal obligation to withhold, pay income taxes or report anything to the government because, in part, the nominal (i.e., face value) of the gold and silver coins is so small as to fall beneath the reporting thresholds set by the Internal Revenue Code.

The Defendants also argued that regardless of the valuation of the coins for internal revenue purposes, there is no law that requires average American workers to file or pay direct, un-apportioned taxes on the fruits of their labor.

The Government argued that the payments in solid gold and silver U.S. coins must be considered at their bullion (i.e., intrinsic full-market) value when considering the worth of the wages for purposes of the internal revenue code.

Attorney Hansen cited two Supreme Court cases bolstering Defendant's monetary argument at the heart of the defendants "willfulness" defense.

The essence of the argument is that under the Constitution Congress is obligated by law to mint and circulate such coins as demand requires, and must establish the value of coins as they are used as legal tender, but the coins' market value, arising as valuable personal "property," is a distinct, separate attribute of such coins, and is of no legal consequence if the coins are used as legal tender.

In other words, if a worker is paid with such coins, his taxable "income" (if any) can only be the face value indicated upon the coin money paid -- i.e., $1.00 for a circulating silver dollar or $50 for a circulating gold U.S. coin. Not surprisingly, the IRS has never issued any public guidance regarding this significant issue.

The first case, Ling Su Fan v. U.S., 218 US 302 (1910) establishes the legal distinction of a coin bearing the "impress" of the sovereign:

"These limitations are due to the fact that public law gives to such coinage a value which does not attach as a mere consequence of intrinsic value. Their quality as a legal tender is an attribute of law aside from their bullion value. They bear, therefore, the impress of sovereign power which fixes value and authorizes their use in exchange."

The second case, Thompson v. Butler, 95 US 694 (1877), establishes that the law makes no legal distinction between the values of coin and paper money used as legal tender:

"A coin dollar is worth no more for the purposes of tender in payment of an ordinary debt than a note dollar. The law has not made the note a standard of value any more than coin. It is true that in the market, as an article of merchandise, one is of greater value than the other; but as money, that is to say, as a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between them."...

Our source also advised that the "time scale might be escalating", spoke of Iran, and warned of financial melt-down later in the year (August-November). He said that things were "serious". Of considerable interest is that the same source hinted heavily to us, a few months ago, that this artlcle about chemtrails was accurate. We have now read it again, very carefully.

Almost everything we are hearing, both from sources we have reported and from others which we have not, tells exactly the same story of economic and geopolitical events to come.

What Chemtrails Really Are

We are dealing with Star Wars. It involves the combination of chemtrails for creating an atmosphere that will support electromagnetic waves, ground-based, electromagnetic field oscillators called gyrotrons, and ionospheric heaters. Particulates make directed energy weapons work better. It has to do with "steady state" and particle density for plasma beam propagation.

They spray barium powders and let it photo-ionize from the ultraviolet light of the sun. Then, they make an aluminum-plasma generated by "zapping" the metal cations that are in the spray with either electromagnetics from HAARP, the gyrotron system on the ground [Ground Wave Emergency Network], or space-based lasers. The barium makes the aluminum-plasma more particulate dense. This means they can make a denser plasma than they normally could from just ionizing the atmosphere or the air.

More density [more particles] means that these particles which are colliding into each other will become more charged because there are more of them present to collide. What are they ultimately trying to do up there -- is create charged-particle, plasma beam weapons.
Chemtrails are the medium - GWEN pulse radars, the various HAARPs, and space-based lasers are the method, or more simply:

Spray and Zap.

This system appears to be in Russia, Canada, the United States, and all of Europe. Exotic weapons can be mobile, stationary, land-based, aerial, or satellite.

It is an offensive and defensive system against EM attacks and missiles. It uses ionospheric particle shells as defense mechanisms [like a bug-zapper shell]* against missiles and EM attacks. That means they spray and then pump up the spray with electromagnetics. When these shells are created using the oscillating, electromagnetic, gyrotron stations, it "excludes" and displaces the background magnetic field. These shells can be layered one above another in a canopy fashion for extra protection from missiles. The chemtrail sprays have various elements in them like carbon which can used to absorb microwaves. Some of these sprays have metal flakes in them that make aerial craft invisible to radar. Spoofer sprays. Sprays like these can be used to create colorful, magnetized plasmas to cloak fighter jets.

There are satellite weapons involved. Activists are using meters and are getting readings of microwaves, x-rays, and some other kind of emission that they are not sure of, maybe a low-intensity laser.

They are also photographing gas plasma generation due to the heating of chemtrails by electromagnetics. The technical names for vertical and horizontal plasma columns are columnar focal lenses and horizontal drift plasma antennas. Various size of gas plasma orbs are associated with this technology. These orbs can be used as transmitters and receivers because they have great, refractory and optical properties. They also are capable of transmitting digital or analog sound. Barium, in fact, is very refractive -- more refractive than glass.

What does that mean? Someone or someones are very involved in unconstitutional, domestic spying and the entrained plasma orbs carried on electromagnetic beams can be used for mind control programming. The satellites can be programmed to track and monitor various frequencies on different parts of your body. These electromagnetic beams carrying the gas plasma orbs stick due magnetic polarity and frequency mapping and tracking to people's eyes, ears, temples, and private parts. A beam with entrained orbs carries pictures in each orb just like the different frames in a movie. It is a particle beam that is also a frequency weapon.

The satellites download holographic mind control movies, pictures, sounds, and sensations to people through this technology. The Air Force has stated in "Air Force 2025" that their goal is to develop virtual and augmented reality mind control. Depending on the how the computer is programmed or depending on the mood or intent of the person interfacing with the technology, you can be probed, bothered, gaslighted, frightened, manipulated, electronically raped, or tortured. It scans your brain frequencies and deciphers your thoughts. The satellites track you by mapping your bioenergetic signature [body biometrics] and constantly scanning an area to find you.

We are the lab rats for this technology and something is very wrong in the military or intelligence branches somewhere. Because developmental projects in government and military are often so compartmentalized, I suppose someone could be using and developing this technology secretly and without authorization. Then again, behavioral and mind control programs were an authorized policy under MKULTRA. Our country has a history of experimenting on its citizens. We are talking about satellite charged-particle frequency weapons attacking a person 24 hours a day. Psychotronic weapons are considered weapons of mass destruction by the U.N.

"HAARPs" can create earthquakes and can also x-ray the earth to find underground military bases, gold, or oil reserves. These ionospheric heaters can also operate as an over-the-horizon or under-the-ocean communications system. This system can control the weather or create disasters. Taken together with the aurora keyhole through-your-roof satellite surveillance system, Echelon electronic computer/phone sweeps, plasma-cloaked DOD Drug War helicopters and stealths, implants, and cameras on the street, it constitutes one, big global and space control grid.

These weapons involve beams. Two beams overlapped will couple into a particle-ion beam that will bounce off of a remote target and send a holographic image back to the satellite for remote spying operations. When you cross two strong beams, you can supposedly* create scalar energies. These energies can be used as untraceable weapons for nuclear size explosions or for defense. These crossed-energies can be used to cause a person's physical electrical system to fail or with a lower frequency, administer a kind of remote electro-shock. Visualize touching a positive and negative electric cable to each other on top of your head. Scalar energies can be utilized in hand-held military guns and on tanks. They can dud-out electronics or cause large, electrical blackouts. Scalar energies are practically impossible to shield against. You need lead, ceramics, and a deep underground facility to not be affected by these weapons. Or, you need to be up and above the field of battle.

People who are working on these issues hear tones and hums. If you hear persistent tones and static; have body vibrations, burning sensations, "bangs" to the head, neurological damage, or immune system damage; are hearing electronic voices or hearing the sound of a plasma; suffering from pains deep in your organs or constant headaches; or experiencing other anomalous activity then you may be being targeted by directed energy, mind control weapons. These weapons could be on helicopters, jets, stealth fighters, or on satellites. Directed energy beams and electromagnetic waves can be sent to you via hand-held devices or piggy-backed in on cell phone and satellite towers.

Is it possible that someone(s) are very afraid of coming famines and riots due to the ongoing, man-induced failure of the ecological system, and they are saturating the earth with chemtrails for large- scale, gas plasma mind control? Is this the last grasp for the world's resources? Or, are they just control freaks and money mongers? Someone would like to get to that oil under the melting [due to chemtrail-trapped EM heat] Artic. And, I guess the Third World is not a part of this system. I don't think that the developed nations are going to let them in on this either.

Any country that joins this NATO system will become mind-controlled and diseased due to the associated, intense, oscillating, electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic soup, and the poisonous, toxic chemtrails. Our DNA will break. We risk the earth's spin and tilt becoming messed up due to mucking around with the magnetic fields through this military technology. Maybe, it is already messed up.

It constitutes U.S. global domination via NATO and the erosion of civil rights. According to Charlotte Iserbyt and Al Martin, there are ex-KGB and ex-STASI advising our new Office of Total Information Awareness. They are the ones creating our new internal passports [national ID]. And under "The Treaty on Open Skies," we have overflights by Russian and German military. Who exactly is flying those plasma-cloaked craft that are seen all over this country and mistaken for UFOs by people who do not know about this aerial deception technology? Obviously, we have another "Project Paperclip" in the making. We can add the new thugs to the 2,000 Iraqi brought into country by Daddy Bush who are now living in Nebraska.

The elitist corporate government is going to hold the rest of us hostage with directed energy weapons in space, if the Policy for a New American Century group - PNAC - Bush and cronie think tank has their way, along with directed energy attacks against any country or citizen that they decide they do not like. These weapons can create climate war, weather war, mind war, cyber war, disease war, disaster war, and undetectable war. Taken together they can create economic war.

If this system is not stopped, it will kill billions due to aluminum and barium poisoning. It will kill billions due to crop failures and world-wide famine. It will cause heart attacks, strokes, and cancers. It will cause stillbirths, miscarriages, and infertility. The chemtrail sprays often have fungi, bacteria, viruses, dessicated red blood cells, crystalline substances, carbon, metal cations, lithium, other chemicals, heavy metals, and God knows what - probably smart dust, or nanocrap. Years of biowarfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore. Spraying germs in the sky where they mutate due to the ultra-violet light -- brillant plan, my man. Are we acceptable losses or is this by design?

I know that many of the major players have big investments in pharmaceutical companies, GM seeds [seeds that can grow in an electromagnetic soup], weapons and directed energy development contracts, oil contracts, genetic research, and mind control research. Some of these people have had a familial history of financial and policy support for population control, eugenics, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Marx, Pinochet, Hussein, and various other dictators. Some of the major players were the masterminds of the death squads in Central and South America. They stand to make a big profit on our death and disease. Just take a look at Rumsfield and Tamiflu.

I assume that they know the dangers of this system and that they take care to stay in their shielded, air-filtered offices, homes, bases, and cars. I assume they take chelating substances to remove the barium and aluminum from their bodies and minds. If not, then they really do not understand the far-ranging implications of this destructive system. Congress may not understand just what a terrible weapons system and control grid they are funding.

As I understand it, Tesla towers attached to deep-earth, free-energy taps are to be created over the 10-12 magnetic poles and the GWEN system phased-out. Has this already been done? This should allow total control of the earth through giant, Tesla death ray-guns. This natural, electromagnetic earth was not meant to be an un-natural dynamo to power man's weapons or his utility companies.

Over-unity systems [Tesla devices]* are as of yet, another unexplored and probably not understood man-made energy. We should be very suspect of free energy. As we can see, the forms of man-made energy that have been created and used in the past have not been good for this planet. Maybe it is time to reconsider the options available to us through the development of crops for fuel, wind, solar, and water power. We need world-wide, different, more holistic, renewable, energy programs.

Is there any good news? Yes. There has been tons of particulate dumping through the spray operations for 8 years over the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and from what I can find out, over Russia. And, what goes around blows around, right? So, these substances are probably actually global. It sure makes a ton of sense to spray poisonous elements in 24 NATO countries and let the substances be carried around the earth on the jet streams to poison yourself, your enemies, and all neutral and non-combatent countries. Talk about making more enemies.

The water, air, and soil of all of these countries is so saturated with metal cations that these weapons freaks should be able to zap and mind f--k each other quite well now and as often as they wish. Once they have clobbered each other with light-saber beams for a few years and razed and scorched sections of the earth, they may start to realize that this foreign policy will lead to a defective human race and a rotten economy.

Do you think they will have knocked some sense into each other by then and will decide that non-proliferation and arms reduction is the more civilized and mature direction to take in world affairs? I doubt it, cause only idiots would have developed horrific, planet-killer weapons like these. But, I'll bet the rest of the planet will finally rise up and tell these juvenile delinquents to quit playing with those rayguns right this second.

After further thought on Bearden + -- a big over-unity and free energy proponent of Tesla technology that makes energy off of boiling the ionosphere or stealing electricity from the mis-named "vacumn" called Life, I have decided that Bearden is telling us some, if not most, of the truth. Same for Eastlund.
